Terms and Conditions:

Distribution:

Unless otherwise stated, distribution will take place with in the scheduled time frame to areas agreed.
While every effort will be made to deliver to all addresses within the set areas -this may not necessary cover 100% of households etc.
This may be due to insufficient leaflet numbers.
While we will strive to meet all agreed schedules the company reserves the right to vary both the method and timing of the distribution.

Payment:

Deposit of 50%  required upon agreement of distribution (Usually via cheque)
Balance to be paid in full once distribution is complete, no later than 5  working days.

Supplies:

In such circumstance where delays/errors occur in the quantity or quality of items supplied distribution will be carried out at the next earliest connivance.
The client will be contacted as soon as possible and informed of any delay of short/over supply of leaflets.
Supplies are to be received at least 3days prior to distribution date, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations and Alterations:

At least 5 days  notice must be given for any cancellation or alteration to distribution arrangements.
If cancellation is not received 5 days prior the client will for fit their deposit.

Weather:

Due to unpredictable, weather conditions i.e Heavy Snow/Rain/Local Flooding and windy conditions this may cause unforeseen delays in leaflet distribution.
Every effort will be made to resume delivery at the earliest convenience.
In the event weather does have an impact on delivery the client will be contacted and kept informed.

Queries/Complaints:

If any queries/Complaints arise from the distribution service they should be reported to the company within a reasonable time scale, allowing the company to investigate.
The results of any investigations will be disclosed to the client.
